Ivy Falls is more than a place to relax and play – it offers space to conduct business or even to live. A number of stores and residential castles are available. More information, plus tenancy conditions are below.

STORES: 15 stores lining the river within easy access of private residences, and live entertainment venues. Regular events maintain good traffic and repeat visitors. Automated rent boxes. Support staff regularly online.

CASTLES: Exclusive castles available for rent - stunning location, panoramic views - 3 levels with deck and scripted windows/doors (can have locks fitted upon request.) Automated rent vases on front porch. Support staff regularly online.

Tenancy terms and conditions

• Rent is to be kept up-to-date using rental boxes provided in store, or the rental vase at the front door of castle residences. For assistance with these, please message Rekka Berchot or Kere Delcon in-world.
  
• Structures or their appearance may not be altered without permission from management. For assistance with changing interior textures, please contact management.
  
• Prims must be kept within rented space (store boundaries or castle walls) and they must stay within prescribed prim limits.
  
• While Ivy Falls is a mature sim, residents are expected to limit sexual activity to their residential spaces.
  
• Store Vendors may not use gratuitous sexual imagery or pornography in exterior signage - if in doubt, please contact management.
  
• Paid camping objects are not permitted.
  
• Vendors and/or tenants using scripts and effects that are deemed to interfere with the stability and performance of the sim, may be asked to remove them.
  
• Vendors and/or tenants may receive periodic notecards delivered to them in-world from Rekka Berchot or Kere Delcon, and should accept these, as they will contain information from Ivy Falls management which may effect them. They will be clearly labeled and date-stamped as Ivy Falls notices. No communication on matters of tenancy from anybody other than Rekka Berchot or Kere Delcon is to be considered official.
  
• Ivy Falls is under no obligation to refund payment should tenancy be terminated where the above conditions are not met.
